Design thinking: creative solutions for relevant challenges (1/2)
In this course, you will learn about the Design Thinking process: focusing on the problem and coming up with more creative solutions.
Learn how to figure out the question behind the question: what is the real problem? You will learn not to shoot into solution mode too quickly. You will learn how to better empathise with your target audience. You will learn how to better involve your colleagues and make them think about issues in order to come up with more creative solutions.
What will you learn in this course?
- Collect and analyse information from multiple sources (e.g. internet, customers, desk research, customer surveys)
- Get familiar with basic principles of Design Thinking
- Interviewing
- Processing results and getting to the root of the problem\
- Formulate How Might We Questions
- You will master at least 4 brainstorming techniques to come up with creative ideas
- You know how to establish qualitative criteria to arrive at a selection of ideas
Target Group
You work on solutions to help your customer even better. You want to master ways of sharpening your client’s needs/questions and further expand your client base by developing innovative ideas. Learning method: classroom training
You follow this classroom training together with fellow students on location. Your course consists of three steps, which complement each other.
- Step 1: online
Your training starts on Karibu, Cevora’s online learning platform. You go through this first learning moment at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want.
- Step 2: classroom
During this step, you spend a whole day ‘live’ at the training site with your fellow students. You learn from and with each other, based on the insights from step 1. Usually, the group is composed of six to 12 trainees.
- Step 3: online
This learning moment takes place again at Karibu. You go through this step too at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want.
